HIGH-INTENSIVE SESSIONS WITH FOCUS ON THE SEAT MUSCLES
During this challenge, you focus on short and intense workouts with the aim of strengthening the gluteal muscles. The program is perfect for you who want to exercise at home instead of visiting the gym. There are no requirements for equipment, but a resistance band is recommended to advance the challenge further.
This program contains 8 weeks of training including 4 different phases and 84 variated exercises. Every phase runs for 15 days.
