STRENGTHEN YOUR CORE AND STOMACH MUSCLES WITH 25 DAYS AB CHALLENGE!
This challenge is suitable for you who have recently undergone a birth and want to strengthen your stomach in a gentle way. The program includes diet programs and 5 phases with a total of 5 different workouts that you alternate over 25 days. During this challenge, you will also be faced with a number of assignments that runs during the time of this program.
Take part in various exercises that can be performed to your advantage both at home, outdoors and in the gym. This challenge consists of effective workouts of about 15-20 minutes. We always recommend that you consult with your midwife or wait until you have had a follow-up check-up before starting this program.
